- Visioning Your Life Path: In this tutorial, art supplies, journaling and active imagination are used but not artistic technique. There is no right or wrong way to use color and image. This is a time to learn how to let your feelings speak and your vision to emerge for your life. Give voice to the anger, sorrow and joy of your life. Access your vision and special gifts; Celebrate your ability to create, to love and to nurture. $695 plus $25 materials fee for 10 hours.
- The Practice of Mission-Focused Leadership: This tutorial will highlight and appropriate your uniqueness and special gifts as a Mission-Focused Leader. Reflection time is provided for new knowledge of values, gifts and talents. Leadership arises from personal integrity, mission and skill building for career and life empowerment. $695 plus $25 materials fee for 10 hours.
- Writing a Personal Mission Statement: Individual work, scheduled at participants’ convenience. A 10-hour individualized process and framework offered for emerging and seasoned leaders to become aware of core gifts and talents and form a one-sentence mission statement to articulate how one can make a difference in the world. Tuition is $695 plus $25 materials fee for 10 hours.
- Coaching at your convenience 10 hours of coaching with Virginia Swain. Tuition is $695.
- New Perspectives on Stress, Conflict and Diversity: An introduction to the interpersonal skills of Reflective Leadership, gain new tools to address feelings and emotions- especially stress, conflict, self-defeating and culturally insensitive behaviors- in personally restorative and life-giving ways. $695 plus $25 materials fee for 10 hours.
- Designing and Implementing Interventions for Community, Institutional and Global Change Leadership and Conflict Prevention Strategies for Local and Global Challenges. The Mission-Focused Leader learns how to introduce and sustain change in a resistant system using theoretical and practical skills to create peaceful, ethical, just, humane, culturally sensitive, and sustainable structures and frameworks. The course offers experiential learning as a way to integrate conceptual learning, engenders a cross-sectoral approach to intervening in crises. $695 plus $25 materials fee for 10 hours.
- Practicum: Individual work, under the guidance of Virginia Swain and scheduled at participants’ convenience. Tuition is $995. All learning from previous programs is applied to a personal or interpersonal challenge. Participants receive individual mentoring in 10-hour process that integrates the teachings, skills, and the leader's mission statement into their life, work, and relationships.

Payment and Reservation Information:
Registration for courses is required (see below or click here to
RSVP or provide contact information) with a deposit of $95 that is nonrefundable. Also nonrefundable is a payment for an unscheduled course not used within six months, i.e., the practicum or the individual mission statement courses. The balance is due three weeks before the course begins. Full refund of tuition will be honored if a request in made in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled course, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Applicants for the certificate program must have a prior discussion with Virginia Swain to ensure resonance with the program's values and ideals.
