Consultation and Training for Reconciliation Leaders Committed to a Just, Sustainable, Intercultural, and Multiethnic Peace

The Institute for Global Leadership provides training, tools and guidance for the purpose of developing leaders who facilitate, mediate and reconcile highly stressful situations. The Institute is dedicated to developing and supporting leaders to create healthy, effective, and harmonious environments. The Institute offers existing and emerging leaders conscientious study, self-reflection, practice and thoughtful evaluation of the impact they have on the world by providing programs, training, tools and guidance.

The Reconciliation Leadership™ Certificate Program is offered to emerging and existing leaders called to create a just, multiethnic, intercultural sustainable peace — in their community, institution, national or global setting of their choice. More of our humanity is needed now to address the world leadership vacuum.

Reconciliation Leadership is a systems approach to peacebuilding allowing leaders to be practical idealists. This leadership arises from the leader's vocational calling, skillbuilding and a commitment to be at peace in oneself and in service to others for a post-competitive society. In an initial consultaion, potential participants are shown how this program can enhance their own life and work challenges.
