Consultation and Training

Many employers, teams, and leaders are in turmoil in response to rapidly changing environments, frequently resulting in insecurity, miscommunication, and stress. The Institute for Global Leadership offers confidential, neutral and independent mentoring, counseling, organizational, and ombuds services, assesses organizational/human capital needs and facilitates strategic planning for the clarification and construction of vision, mission, goals and action planning.

In addition, The Institute staff assists you to set up conflict management systems for healthy responses to conflict. We have a unique blend of experience in corporate and nonprofit organizational development, national and international community development, counseling, teaching, and management. Additionally, our sensitivity to diversity and cross-cultural issues and our interpersonal skills enable you to communicate with all in your team and organization — locally, nationally and internationally. The Institute for Global Leadership provides consultation and training for the following:
