Mission

The Institute for Global Leadership Reconciliation Leadership program provides training, tools and guidance for the purpose of developing leaders who facilitate, mediate and reconcile highly stressful situations.

The Institute for Global Leadership is dedicated to developing and supporting leaders to create healthy, effective, and harmonious environments. The Institute offers existing and emerging leaders conscientious study, self-reflection, practice and thoughtful evaluation of the impact they have on the world by providing programs, training, tools and guidance for the following purposes:

• mediating and transforming highly stressful situations

• creating conditions of respect, tolerance, and healing

• encouraging peace, health and sustainability

• championing the sanctity of life

• encompassing a fulfilled personal and professional life

• motivating and supporting the work of reconciliation by men and women in the
  world through this certificate process
