Unique Leadership Methodology
Our
research and practice over ten years show the need for leaders to
have personal, interpersonal, group and global competencies in order
to face the community, institutional and national challenges ahead
to live in an independent global society. Once leaders have claimed
and applied their unique and special gifts and calling in a mission
statement, they then develop personal, interpersonal, group/team
and global competencies through mentoring and training. the competencies,
once integrated, offer leaders and teams the confidence to actualize
their dreams in a world that disavows applied visionary leadership.
