Client Services At the Institute for Global Leadership, we help emerging and seasoned leaders become mission-focused leaders to face today's personal, vocational, interpersonal, systemic and global challenges. Our methodology provides our clients to develop leadership skills based on their mission and purpose as a way to both express their best self and provide the resources to withstand the stress of daily life and work. We provide resources, services and programs for leaders to integrate four tracks of leadership from the personal to the global: We define competency as a skill, attribute and behavior which is considered important for health in ones personal, interpersonal and relational, team/group and global life. The leadership competencies cultivated in the Institute incorporate career and life direction as a foundation upon which to add interpersonal, systemic and global competencies. Interpersonal/Relational Competencies We help men women and youth clarify their life purpose, special talents and calling and apply their reflections effectively. We provide individuals, children, families, and career seekers with the tools, skills, and self confidence to treat one another with dignity and respect, love and compassion in a world desperately entangled in the subtle and overt use of coercion, manipulation, and abuse to end disputes.
